Come support the Gelinas Theatre Company as we prepare for our production of Newsies coming to the stage this March 2025. Our students have an opportunity to share the stage with Broadway actress Chelsea Cree Groen. This is a night you wont want to miss!!

Chelsea is a NYC based actress, singer, and dancer, most recently seen in ANASTASIA at the Bucks County Playhouse. She has performed across the country in the Broadway National Tours of WICKED as an understudy for Glinda, and HELLO DOLLY as Minnie Fay! She holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from The University of Michigan with a minor in Community Action and Social Change. She’s performed regionally since the age of 10 at the Muny, Ogunquit Playhouse, Theatre By The Sea, Phoenix Theatre, Theatre Aspen, Berkshire Theatre Group, and many more! 

In addition to performing, Chelsea is a multi award winning director, choreographer, and teaching artist and passionate volunteer for many non profit organizations. Additionally, she is a NASM certified personal trainer and fitness instructor!
